Serratus Fine Homes is a custom residential contractor based in Squamish, BC. Our team is led by owner/operator Jon Rosen, a professionally trained journeyman carpenter by trade. We specialise in building projects where the guarantee of high quality is maintained throughout the project with start to finish supervision and leadership. Providing personalised service, we will help you to select the finest materials, and make the right decisions for your one of kind project, ensuring that your end result suits your needs, meets your goals, and is built strong to last a lifetime.
Serving Squamish and Whistler as a builder, renovator, and carpenter since 2018, Serratus Fine Homes is now as of summer 2024 a Licensed Residential Builder and able to offer Home Warranty Protection on new builds. We offer services in carpentry and general contracting.
